Jennifer Ostrick Cronrath, FNP-C

Jennifer is an Oregon native and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in healthcare. She began her career as a nursing assistant and worked her way to become a nurse practitioner, shaping her belief that healthcare should be accessible, collaborative, and patient centered.

Jennifer provides primary care, hormone and menopause care, aesthetics and wellness, and chronic disease management. As a member of The Menopause Society, she has a special interest in evidence-based care for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Her background includes primary care, urgent care, home health and care coordination.

Outside of her clinical work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and seeking new adventures -whether finding a new dog park to traveling abroad. A former college soccer player, she stays active through fun runs and enjoys coaching and volunteering in youth sports. She has served on PTA boards, fosters animals, and values giving back to her community.

Brooke Sullivan, FNP-C

Brooke is a Portland native and Certified Nurse Practitioner who has been working in healthcare since 2012, with a background in oncology, neurology, and emergency medicine at a Level 1 trauma hospital. She brings a calm, patient-centered approach to aesthetics and wellness, focusing on safety, education and natural results. She is passionate about helping patients feel confident, informed, and comfortable.

Outside of work, Brooke enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and her dogs. She loves being outdoors, traveling, and exploring new places. Having traveled extensively, she values learning about different cultures and connecting with people from all backgrounds which further enhances her ability to provide thoughtful, personalized care.
